Following power issues at one of our Data Centres, one of our suppliers routing-engines failed. Emergency Works is to replace the failed routing-engine and restore redundancy will be carried out by the supplier.

We will be re-routing calls via other Data Centres during this window and customers should notice no impact to call services.
