A new authentication system is being implemented to improve the security of all user accounts accessing the byphone product suite.

After this window, users must login using an account on https://accounts.byphone.co.uk

Old passwords used to directly access https://app.byphone.co.uk prior to this window will no longer be usable.

Scheduled - In order to maintain high security levels for customers, we will soon be migrating all Byphone users to a new multi-factor authentication system.

In anticipation of this, we will be sending out account recovery emails to allow users setup their accounts prior to the switchover, to facilitate a smooth hassle-free experience.

Keep an eye on your inbox for these mails throughout today and make sure you complete recovery of your account, setting up a password and other factors of authentication before April 4th 2025.

Users without a valid email address will not receive these emails and will be unable to login to the Byphone portal after this date (this will not affect calling services).
